Hello!

My name is Camille Jastrzebski, and I am a recent graduate of the University of Florida where I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with a minor in Pathogenesis. I am passionate about scientific advancements, research, health, and making all aspects of health more accessible.

As an undergraduate researcher, I conducted meta-analyses sometimes involving hundreds of articles to ascertain connections between disease pathologies as well potential treatment options as presented in clinical and pre-clinical studies. Conducting such comprehensive research is often confined to the realm of academia, especially since most people do not have access to scientific journals due to most requiring institutional access or high fees.

As such, one of my goals with this blog is to find and translate research on scientific topics so that is both digestible and accessible to all. Further, as I am in the process of applying to dental schools, I will also be sharing some projects and milestones that may come up along the way!

I’m excited to start this journey and hopefully share my love of research and health with others!

Best,
Camille
